These terms and conditions govern your use of the website at oddball.co.bw and any enquiry, quotation or engagement that follows from it. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
OddBall (Pty) Ltd is a 100% citizen-owned civil engineering, construction, fabrication and environmental services company registered in Botswana and based in Ghanzi. You can reach us at info@oddball.co.bw, on +267 76 268 992, or by post at P.O. Box 265, Ghanzi, Botswana.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that damages the site, interferes with another user, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is provided for information only and does not constitute professional, engineering or legal advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Service descriptions, machine classes and capabilities are indicative and may change without notice.
All our work is quotation-based. No price is fixed until we issue a written quotation for your specific project. Final rates depend on project scope, quantities, site conditions, location, mobilisation, equipment hours, fuel responsibility, accommodation, compliance requirements and programme duration.
Unless the quotation states otherwise, it is valid for the period stated on it, is exclusive of VAT and any statutory charges, and is subject to the availability of plant, materials and crews at the time of acceptance. Where site conditions, quantities or the programme differ from those on which the quotation was based, the price may be revised.
Any work we carry out is governed by the signed contract, works order or accepted quotation for that project, together with any specifications and drawings referred to in it. Where those documents conflict with these website terms, those documents prevail.
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to site, accurate information on ground and service conditions, and any permits, approvals or landowner consents required for the work, unless the contract states that we will obtain them.
Plant and equipment is hired subject to availability and to the hire terms issued with the quotation. Those terms cover the hire period, operator arrangements, working hours, fuel, transport, accommodation and meals responsibility, insurance, damage and breakdown, and any mine induction, SHE file, medical and compliance requirements applicable to the site.
The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and the OddBall name and logo, belongs to OddBall (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.
This site may link to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience and we are not responsible for the content, products or practices of any third-party site.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, and the courts of Botswana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
